I’ve always wanted to create a vegan feta cheese and so glad that I was able to experiment with this one. The tofu gives the feta a lot of protein, less fat, and a great texture. Hope you like it as much as I do! 😀

The flavor of this vegan feta is perfect! It was delicious on a salad but I couldn’t resist eating it on its own too 🙂
