In reply to Rebecca. Glad you found it delicious! I'm trying to think of what could cause the graininess. Perhaps the chocolate wasn't melted all the way? Were you running the blender as you poured the chocolate in? Running it a little longer could also help. Let us know how it turns out the next time you make it and if you change anything!

The flavor was delicious, but the texture was grainy. I thought I blended it for enough time in my vitamix. Any suggestions?

This is hands down my favorite way to use silken tofu! I can’t believe how perfectly creamy it comes out. I actually think it tastes way better than those pudding packs I used to eat as a kid. Very cool that you can now find dairy free and vegan pudding in grocery stores too though!

Vegan pudding is one of those things that I’ve just never gotten around to making myself (I KNOW). This recipe is so easy and I love having an excuse to use silken tofu 🙂
