HOLY WOW. These are honestly THE best vegan dessert bars I’ve ever had. I was totally blown away when I tried the! And it’s so cool how easy they are to make, so when you’re party planning, scotcharoos are perfect to add to the list.

Wow! I’ve never heard of these cookies until recently and they are soo good! Where have they been all my life? I have to bake extra so that I can give some to my family. Otherwise, I might have trouble sharing – lol!
