Even though I’m not a huge lover of beets, this smoothie bowl is truly worth making! The color and flavor are so bright and attractive that it’s hard not to enjoy. I love how it’s both sweet and tangy at the same time. Yum!

I love that you only need a little chunk of beet to totally ramp up the color to the next level! I love colorful foods, rainbow foods, pink foods, especially when they’re as delicious as they are beautiful 🙂
