  • Roasted red pepper
  • Grilled eggplant

Nuts & Seeds

  • Raw nuts almonds, cashews, pistachios
  • Candied walnuts or pecans
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

Fruit

  • Grapes strawberries, cherries, figs
  • Persimmon apple, oranges, peaches (sliced)
  • Dried apricots
  • Jam
  • Cherry tomatoes

Extras

  • Olives
  • Pickles

Instructions

  • Select and gather your ingredients from each section above.
  • Opt for a spacious wooden or marble board and begin assembling your masterpiece by strategically placing hummus bowls around it to anchor the arrangement.
  • Start with the largest ingredients first. This could be large crackers and baguette slices. Fan them around the bowls of hummus.
  • Next, fill it in with the medium-sized ingredients. Lastly, fill any gaps with your smallest ingredients.
  • Add garnishes such as fresh rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, pomegranate seeds, or edible flowers. Serve and enjoy!
